Junior Supply Chain Process Specialist
We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Process Specialist to join the Logistics and Supply Chain team, contributing to the improvement of logistics processes and to the development of initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and digitalizing operational activities.
This position is particularly suitable for graduates or early-career professionals in Management Engineering or related fields who are interested in developing skills in the analysis and improvement of logistics processes within an industrial environment.
The role will collaborate with the Production, Planning and Logistics teams to improve the efficiency of material flows and support the management of operational activities.
What you will do
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes, participating in projects aimed at developing and optimizing material flows and supporting cross-functional improvement initiatives within logistics and supply chain.
- You will propose and support digitalization initiatives for operational logistics activities.
- You will analyze and implement methods for standardization and efficiency improvement of operational processes in the working areas.
- You will collaborate in planning picking activities for shipments, preparing picking lists and verifying compliance with expected timelines and quantities.
- You will support the management of external storage warehouses, coordinating the return of materials based on production needs and maintaining relationships with logistics providers.
- You will analyze operational data and prepare reports to monitor logistics activities and support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial companies
- Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Interest in process improvement and the digitalization of operational activities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills

- Annual gross salary range (RAL): €28,000 – €32,000
