HSE SPECIALIST – ASPP
We are looking for an HSE Specialist with experience in a manufacturing environment to join our HSE team. The role will contribute to safeguarding employee health and safety, managing risks, and ensuring environmental compliance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Collaborate with the RSPP (Health & Safety Manager) to analyze and assess risks related to company activities, particularly those associated with machinery, production processes, and the introduction of new products or chemical substances.
Deliver training sessions to employees on health & safety, environmental matters, PPE usage, and hazardous substances.
Act as a point of reference for supervisors in the management of emergencies and workplace accidents.
Verify documentation from external contractors during outsourced works and coordinate relevant information with other company departments.
Manage employee health-related information, including fitness-for-work certificates and updates to safety data sheets.
In the event of an accident or illness, support the RSPP in activating required procedures and managing reports and related events.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements in health, safety, and environmental matters.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s integrated management system.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKINF FOR
Degree, preferably in Civil or Environmental Engineering
ASPP certification
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Good knowledge of English, Microsoft Office, and HSE software
