Carrer Day at Verona

Companies, Students and Graduates meet in a National Event at Verona

07-03-2019

On 7 March 2019 at the Verona Exhibition Mecc Alte participated in "Lavoro Chiama Italia". A new appointment to meet new graduates and university students from the major Italian universities. 31 universities and 65 companies took part in the event.

The team that has participated composed of:

  • Alessandro Pellizzaro (Mechanical Designer)
  • Elena Formaggio (HR Specialist)
  • Beatrice Mela (Lean Specialist)

"Lavoro Chiama Italia" was born from a simple question:
Why companies do not find candidates (and the candidates do not find employment)?

The objective is, therefore, to respond to a concrete market need: to facilitate and simplify the meeting between companies and young candidates. How? Involving the major Italian universities in an event that offers students and graduates the opportunity to get in touch with companies for internship and work opportunities, and to the Companies to meet, in a single time, candidates from the north, south and central Italy.
