HSE SPECIALIST – ASPP

You might be the person we're looking for.
What will you do?
You will work alongside the HSE Manager (RSPP) to analyze and assess risks related to company activities, with a focus on machinery, production processes, and the introduction of new products or chemical substances.
You will deliver and manage safety training for employees, covering environmental and occupational risks, hazardous substances, and the correct use of PPE.
You will be a point of reference for team leaders in managing emergency situations and workplace accidents.
You will verify the documentation of external contractors and coordinate related information with internal departments in case of outsourced work.
You will handle health-related information for workers, managing fitness-for-work assessments and updating safety data sheets for substances used in production.
In the event of a workplace accident or illness, you will support the HSE Manager in activating the required procedures and managing reports and incident notifications.
You will manage health, safety, and environmental compliance tasks (e.g., AUA, Fire Prevention Certificate, ADR, waste management, monitoring, permits, etc.).
You will actively contribute to improving our integrated environmental management system.
What are we looking for?
You hold a valid ASPP (Health and Safety Officer) certification.
You have at least 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within manufacturing companies.
You have a solid knowledge of HSE legislation and compliance requirements.
You are familiar with HSE software tools and document management systems.
You are detail-oriented, reliable, a team player, and have a hands-on, practical approach to solving challenges.
